The HR Pro-Tracker is a human resources tool designed to track human resource information in the Community Disability Service Sector in Alberta to help in developing strategic responses to workforce issues. The HR Pro-Tracker is seen as an easy-to-use tool and an effective way to track employee turnover. This tool also allows the sector to obtain critical and current data about the labour force. The HR Pro-Tracker is a key element in the Human Resource Strategy for the Community Disability Services Sector.

The Community Disability Service Sector acknowledges the generous support of Alberta Ministry of Seniors and Community Supports Persons with Developmental Disabilities Program, the expertise of the Vecova Centre for Disability Services and Research in the development of the HR Pro-Tracker, and the PDD Central Region for developing a turnover tool that informed the development of the HR Pro-Tracker.

The Alberta Council of Disability Services also wishes to acknowledge the ongoing support of Alberta Employment and Immigration as a partner in the Workforce Initiative.
